Jan Kozubski Founder & Managing Executive
Jan Kozubski is an international project leader and former U.S. government official with over thirty years of experience across Europe and the United States. As founder and managing partner of CMD, he leads the development of the Brčko Stock Exchange (BRX), drawing on his background in management consulting, renewable energy, and public-sector leadership to advance transparent, internationally-aligned financial infrastructure in the Western Balkans.
Mr. Kozubski is fluent in Polish, Dutch, Serbian, German and English, and proficient in Russian and French.
Dr. Raffi Gregorian Senior Advisor
Dr. Raffi Gregorian is an international security and governance expert with nearly four decades of diplomatic and multilateral experience. A former Deputy Under-Secretary-General at the United Nations and Supervisor of the Brčko District, he has led complex post-conflict, peacekeeping, and counterterrorism initiatives worldwide. At CMD, he provides strategic oversight of institutional development and international engagement for the Brčko Stock Exchange project.
Cvijeta Tanasic Director
Cvijeta Tanasic has over 25 years of experience in government, international organizations, and the private sector, with proven expertise in infrastructure development, finance, international cooperation, and project management.
Her career includes senior positions with the Government of Brčko District, the Office of the President of Republika Srpska, and the Ministry of Finance, as well as leadership roles in international institutions such as the OSCE, Mercy Corps International, and the OHR Office of the Supervisor for Brčko.
She has collaborated with leading regional and international partners, including the World Bank, Sinopharm, Wiener Insurance, and Represent Communications, supporting projects in infrastructure, finance, energy, and digital development.
Fluent in English and German, with a strong professional network across Southeast Europe, she combines deep regional insight with a results-driven approach to sustainable investment and market growth.
