Dr. Raffi Gregorian

Dr. Raffi Gregorian is an international security, governance, and institution-building leader with nearly four decades of executive experience.  A former Deputy-Under-Secretary-General at the United Nations, Acting High Representative, and Supervisor of Brcko District, he has led complex post-conflict, peacekeeping, and counterterrorism initiatives worldwide and directed global capacity-building and technical assistance projects for the UN, NATO, and the United States government.  At CMD, he provides strategic oversight of institutional development and international engagement for the Brcko Stock Exchange Project.

Jan Kozubski
Founder and Advisory Board Member

Jan J. Kozubski has over 40 years of experience in government service, international diplomacy, and private-sector project development. He currently serves as the founder and president of TradewindsAdriatic LLC, a consulting company focused on clean energy projects in Eastern Europe. Under his leadership, the firm successfully developed a small hydroelectric power plant in Montenegro, is negotiating large-scale waste-to- energy initiatives in the region and consulting for projects in the region.

Douglas H. Wise
Advisory Board Member

Douglas H. Wise is a retired CIA Senior Intelligence Executive and former Deputy Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency. Backed by three decades of elite military, cyber, and clandestine leadership, he provides high-level strategic counsel to global corporations. Doug serves on various advisory boards—including the Supervisory Boards of Bosnian defense manufacturers Pretis d.d. and Binas d.d.—and lectures extensively on international security.

Daniel Eric Stonecipher
Advisory Board Member

Daniel Eric Stonecipher is an international rule-of-law, criminal justice, anti-corruption, and financial-intelligence specialist with more than 26 years of experience in anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism (AML/CFT). He began his career as a special prosecutor in Kansas before working as a Financial Intelligence Advisor with the U.S. Department of the Treasury, supporting international efforts to combat transnational money laundering and terrorist financing in Russia, Ukraine, Sri Lanka, and the Maldives. He subsequently led anti-crime and corruption analysis activities for OHR in Bosnia and Herzegovina. He has since worked extensively in Asia as an advisor and trainer in rule of law and anti-corruption investigations after which he serving as a Financial Intelligence Advisor with Adam Smith International, a Senior Investigations Specialist with the Basel Institute on Governance’s International Centre for Asset Recovery in Kosovo, a consultant to the UN Office of Counter-Terrorism, and advised national counterparts in Armenia, Latvia, and Panama on strengthening financial on all aspects of AML/CFT and anti-corruption strategies.

Rešad Rovčanin

Rešad Rovčanin is a Senior ICT and Cybersecurity Consultant with over two decades of global technology leadership, including more than 15 years at Cisco Systems. Holding an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and CCIE Emeritus status, he brings deep expertise in cyber defense, GRC, and digital transformation. Rešad is also a certified FranklinCovey leadership trainer and the Founding Member and Assembly Chair of PMI Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Alma Mušinbegović
Legal Officer

Alma Mušinbegović is a Senior Legal Counsel & Corporate Governance Expert with 25 years of experience advising corporate boards and executive leadership. She has been both a Head of Legal and Corporate Secretary for joint-stock companies, specializing in legal compliance, board support, and corporate advisory. She has a proven track record as a long-standing Supervisory Board member for investment funds and a strategic legal consultant for limited liability companies (LLC).

Milica Manasijević
Office Manager

Milica Manasijević holds a BA in English language and Literature, along with extensive experience in international organizations and institutional environments. Previously, she served as Interpreters' Section Coordinator for the Office of the High Representative (OHR) and held language and administrative roles with the United Nations and European Union Police Mission. Her professional background combines translation and interpretation expertise with coordination, administrative support, and experience managing office operations.
